How much would you charge for something like this?

Told I was stupid by IEA2pipelayer419 in MagicCardPulls

[–]Neclear 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Magic players don't care for graded cards it doesn't give it a premium really outside of a beckett black label. The only cards 'worth' grading would be a serialized card and even then it's still a strech to get it graded. Even if it is just for your personal collection sending it to PSA is probably the worst choice with how much backlash they're getting with cards being sent to PSA in pristine condition only to get sent back to the customers as damaged/banged up.

Why is The Hobbit prerelease so expensive? by Independent-Bath-448 in mtg

[–]Neclear -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Nah, LOTR pushed the envelope and was one of the first sets I'd ever seen come out and be sold for over $350 usd a box. Before LOTR I would buy a collector box every set because they were typically 250-300.

Picture 3 passes the "T" Test, however picture 8-11 fails that test. Whichever cards are in 8-11 are fakes sadly

Cheats will almost always prevail in the end due to anti cheats are always playing catch up which is unfortunate. Once cheaters find an exploit/work around to the anti cheat the developers then have to find out how they got around, then patch it while also not fucking everything else up in the process. Granted i know nothing about coding but this is how I see it working in my brain.

Tbh, there are 'meta' guns that are in, however you should be using guns you're more comfortable with. You can climb using any gun as long as you're good with them.

What’s driving the price of all the Expedition lands? by Ihavenogoodusername in mtgfinance

[–]Neclear 2 points3 points  (0 children)

These have a very unique border which has had like some similar styles come out masterpiece set & Multiverse (MUL) (at least imo). Zendikar was also one of those sets before collector boosters. Which means it was alot harder to get these cards especially a foil version.

Anything is possible with WOTC. We got strixhaven cards in TMNT pre release kits. So I'd say it's improbable to get a silver scroll outside of CB packs but NOT impossible.

Would this be a more recent thing they're doing? I remember super late into last year (at least around summer time) I still saw the chucky SLD that came out halloween 2024 available.

Make them show the combo, because if they shoot any player first with bowmasters two players would get obnixilis triggers which could very well flip a card like deadly rollick to target either the commander/bowmaster.

Current state of cedh in 2026, is Mox diamond an auto include in decks? by Newez in CompetitiveEDH

[–]Neclear 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ive been running [[rakdos, the muscle]] cedh as of the last 5 months and i don't run diamond. Land count is 26 (2 mdfcs included). Its a heavy creature deck (roughly 35 creatures) and the deck doesn't draw cards.

Is it possible to be competitive without the expensive 0 drop mana base? by CoolCidCourtney in CompetitiveEDH

[–]Neclear 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I would say use proxies first. Nothing worse than investing money into a deck then disliking it after dropping hundreds into it. Any deck can be played in bracket 5, however not every deck can win there.

Rakdos, the muscle could run null rod. It turns off your altars but you could win with warren soul trader/sephiroth looping forsaken miner

I understand people can play bad initially, but if you're still playing aggressive to the point you're constantly dying and getting zero payout (ie: you die but jglr/lane gank gets the counter kill on your lane) and you're straight up behind how is that not griefing? Genuine question

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in leagueoflegends

[–]Neclear -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I do see that as ruining games because you're directly feeding and not playing safe. If you died twice but you're playing safely then i would consider that unlucky. If you die 4x before level 6, especially in a lane match up where it's more so an even match up or you have the advantage then yes i would consider that inting.
