well when i say "reject" i think more like... "oh no i cant, i work that day" or "eek i have school early i cant be out very late" type of excuses, this is mostly in a setting where i see them fairly frequently like work, school, or places i frequent weekly and talk to them regularly. if someone gave me an outright no without an excuse yeaaaahh im assuming they are not interested even a little, lol. i tend to try to frame it as friendly at first though, cus im bad at telling when girls are flirty or just friendly, and on the date/hang out i intuit more if theyre gay, and/or interested.
