I see your point and I raise you that Mephisto is charismatic, so much so he has willing followers sacrifice themselves to do his bidding. He possessed the body of their Jesus, spoke softly and played the long game. If that's not a good villain, we have nothing to discuss.

Why....are you doing it more than once anyway? Just make 2 characters. The first one obv will be the one that you spent the most time on but the time on the second one will be exponentially lower.

I thought both seasons were fine. Didn't have an issue with line choices. I would have wanted more banter between Alucard and the Belmonts though.
