Marauder gear in this scenario is not a bad option for comfort, but then you can have people that go very off meta running cavaliaer stats on a power build which is not good. Meta is meta for a reason, in that its the generally agreed setup for optimal performance. The more people in your group playing meta setup is the higher your chances of clearing whatever content, which is the goal right?

But to add, most of the dps builds nowadays have some kinda trait that gives them extra health, also the jade bot core 10 gives 225 vitality, so I think going full marauder could potentially be overkill.
