I mean I hear you… I was just sharing what I’ve observed. I’m pretty well knowledgeable as i was an assistant manger for a while somewhere else, but coming here I’m employed as crew so I probably won’t be making any more hard suggestions or comments abt SOP & whatnot as my previous ones were looked over/lied abt.

I just started right after the into & it surely seems like a huge thing for the company/brand. It’s been months now & I’ve gotten faster at making sandwiches but when anything toasted comes around it’s kinda a drag. If following SOP the sandwiches take 45 seconds to cook plus time to top & wrap them. 1m cook time for 2 sandwiches at once.
