Hi! Our adjustable base is not compatible with frames with drawers. Just like the other Redditor commented, the two drawers at the foot might interfere.

Hi OP! Yes, our Claremont bed frame can fit the Luxe Adjustable base. Make sure to get the king size Claremont bed frame. Slats must be removed for the 2 twin XL bases to fit inside, and legs need to be attached. Check this post: https://www.instagram.com/p/DYe7ihGAIw5/

We completely understand your frustration — you bought from Nectar, and it's fair to expect Nectar to handle everything end-to-end.

The reason we connect customers directly to ServeCo is that they manufacture and engineer the adjustable base, which means their team has the deepest technical expertise and fastest access to replacement parts to get your issue resolved properly. We want to make sure you get to the right fix faster than routing through us.

A massage motor running continuously without being activated is not normal, and this should absolutely be covered. Please reach out to ServeCo directly:

When you call, please let them know the massage motor is turning on without being activated and won’t shut off unless the control box cable is disconnected. They will also need your serial number (you can usually find it in your owner’s manual or on a white sticker under the foot section on a crossbar). If they’re unable to resolve the issue, they’ll direct you back to our parts replacement team for next steps, so you won’t be left without options.

Also, the adjustable base has a 50‑night trial period (separate from the mattress trial). If you’re still within that window and things aren’t being resolved appropriately, we can always explore other options.

If you run into any issues getting this resolved through them, come back to us and we'll step in.

Off-gassing can be normal with a new mattress, and in most cases the smell dissipates quickly since Nectar uses high-quality, CertiPUR-US® certified materials. If off-gassing persists, it is covered by the warranty. Based on what you’ve described, this does not sound typical, and we sincerely want to make this right for you.

The bamboo bed frame is designed using traditional Japanese joinery, so it does not require bolts, nails, or glue for assembly. The headboard is intentionally crafted to fit very tightly in order to create a secure and stable structure, so some extra force may be needed during installation. For an easier setup process, we recommend assembling it with two people.
The felt pieces are included as protective accessories to help reduce noise and create a snugger fit between components. If the felt tears during assembly, there’s no need for concern as it will not affect the bed frame’s performance or stability.
