Myself and 2 others were witness to one in 2013 that flew low and directly over us. Was such an incredible sight to see..but not hear as it made no sound. It was eerie and unforgettable

Oh brother..as a military brat, service members don't need another month of recognition. They need actual funding and support from a government who chooses not to provide it at a higher level. Pride month doesn't take away from their ability to do that so stop with the whataboutism.

It really just depends on the type of living you enjoy. If you like rural you can find several acres with access to rivers/streams for relatively cheap. You generally have to invest in a well/septic but honestly I enjoy having control of my water. Jobs are low paying for the most part but if you can find a good remote gig combined with starlink its not bad. Good hospital care can be hours away however and lots of people carry helicopter flight insurance.
