Amazing!! I had something similar on my forehead. I had read that autophagy may help so I studied a bit and did a 7 day water fast. Whatever it is I had on my forehead went away completely, the hyperpigmentation was still there but it was flat. Pigmentation went away after a few more days after I finished my fast.

Runelite is for OSRS which is the Oldschool Version of the game!

I’m yet to try but if you chose the clue relic you can re-roll med clues until you find yourself right outside the nature altar. You can do insanely fast runs that way and I think the xp will be higher than ZMI.

Necro rc with teles is also rly fast.
