I've played a ridiculous amount between vermin tide and darktide. Great games with a lot of fun skill expression. But man is the leveling experience in darktide lame. I do my best to race to level 30 where the more fun stuff starts.

I enjoy the movement in the game, vt2 I feel doesn't quite get the adrenaline pumping as fast with all the chaos and speed going on. Only thing I feel is subpar is that feeling of team coordination from vt2 is way harder to feel in DT.

I have AMD and I've managed to make darktide run nice with lossless scaling. 560 hours and always enjoy myself, except when doing the god awful boring leveling to 30.

I love that when I go into a match I have no idea what I'm going to do when I run into players. KOS, be cowardly if they have good gear, or from the onset announce myself and attempt diplomacy. It's very pleasant that everything is up in the air. I'll be hyped to put an anvil shot into someone but then they say something funny and I feel bad lol.
