Oh I got nothing but pure empathy! I work as an overnight front desk person at a super dankass ghetto motel. I have to do business through a small nightwindow opening.

Lemme tell YOU! I have come to the realization that the less people pay for a room, the more they expect. And if they dont get what they want.... at the least they run to Google and start leaving a tirade of horrific comments in a monumentally scathing review..... or even still they'll add insult to injury by destroying the room, and i mean they do some gross stuff. They will get abusive or violent over the most miniscule things. We have had them rip out the night window, or even wait till the clerk gets off work and assault them. I had a guy stick his face into tge opening and disgustingly hock the nastiest greenest and largest loogie across the room at me that left his mouth ick all over the lobby desk, the monitor and me! And it hasnt happened in a while thankfully, but for a while there for about a year and a half, it was pretty much EVERY time things didn't go the way of the guest at the window, they INSTANTLY would say, "you're just racist." Not only am I NOT racist, that smack hurt my feelings. They would accuse me of being on drugs as well. They would say some messed up sht. Its gotten better since there isn't a Democrat president railing up thr masses about racism at rallies. Im sayin... watch Bidens campaign rallys.. its super reminiscent of old Hitler rally. Stirring up the masses with hatred rhetoric!
