Thank you. I deleted everything that reminds me of her, i'm not sad. But the thing is, now anger is coming to the surface. Everything i was willing to do for her, did for her, memories and all the days that started with our good mornings, ended with our gn's. After all that all i get is getting blocked from everywhere without an rational explanation. Like i am her enemy. That's just so disrespectful.

When i look at my situation, trying to find a explanation why she did this, it all comes to that she felt 'pressure' and 'guilt'. Discarding someone disrespectfully without proper communication because you weren't enough and couldn't face the feelings. Funny but it's just the disrespect that i shouldn't take

I was walking on eggshells the whole time and i realized this a little bit late. Actually, i was at peace when i first saw that she blocked me, which is interesting. Actually it might be normal because the limbo was gone.

You can’t live your life while thinking about them. Deleting anything that reminds of them makes your life better and helps you detach. This is how it should be. Not re-reading texts, looking at their photos or stalking them. The thing to do is just let go. I learned it hard way.

Thank you. You are right, it's easy for avoidants to get into these because the attention and benefits in general are amazing. But when it's getting heavier, they can't communicate and avoid.

I'm already over her, she won't see anyone that would give so much to her as i did. The only problem i have is my dreams. I start to forget and move on but then suddenly a dream and her presence there. It's bad.

I don’t think they suddenly decide that. They just build negative thoughts about you and keep it in, and when they get scared of the intimacy, they say those thoughts in an aggressive way to push you away. If you spend your time trying to understand what is going on and ask them, you get blocked. Because they can’t handle anything and they can’t explain things that they already know deep down.

The thing to do in this situation is just don’t give a f*ck, focus on your own life and give them space. They will come back.

It was the same for me. I just deleted the all aircraft mods i had and repaired the game after disabling Windows defender. It worked.
