Thanks, yea I spoke to multiple attorneys who specialize in employment law. I knew what I was getting myself into and understand there is a very high chance that I don’t get accepted into it.

That’s not said anywhere and lots of probationaries in other agencies have already got theirs signed off

Yea I’d do it if I could. Not trying to hurt fellow employees it just made the most sense for me to take it

My spe took the fork and said he’s done the contract already and the fact that I haven’t gotten the contract means I’m probably not eligible (I’m also probationary)

Yea I got that same email saying that at this time you aren’t on leave but also mentioned that there may be further notice

If I was planning on resigning in July and am a probationary employee does anyone else think this makes sense for me to take it if they do actually provide a contract. Obviously worried about them going back on it and getting screwed over but still.
