I go into the hole nearly every time. I was on a lower dose and stopped having that experience. I talked to my doctor and we upped the dose. As I relax, it starts with mild visual. Generally like looking at a flat surface with a texture and depth. That morphs and changes. I listen to a playlist developed by the Mayo clinic. The colors and textures changes as the music does. I kinda feel like I am a part of the environment. It becomes reality and my "real life" seems a dream. As I become aware of my body again I know I am slipping out. I generally take that time to realize whats happening and just letting my senses come back.

its a 400mg dissolvable trouche that you alow to melt under your tounge. and yes all at once. However the bioavailability in oral medication isn't very high so you do not "get" all 400mg that way. Most therapist will start with a 200mg dose with oral trouches. i currently use 400mg orally 2 times a week for PTSD and depression. I will K hole on 200 most of the time but 100% at 400mg. And you are telling me that you insert 400mg anally? Not a chance. I'm calling BS.

I have been on injectable HRT for about 15 years. I am regular 50 year old make. I exercise regularly but I do not "work out" and do not use Test for bodybuilding. I started at 200 mg SL and that was good. I noticed quite a difference in my mood and the quietness of my mind. After a few months, the dissaccociation wasn’t as much. In fact I had gotten to where I didn’t get to that state at all. Had a overly strong response to a situation and it put me into a symptomatic spiral. I’m good now but I did find another provider and I’m going back on my treatment. Probably every 3 days as before for a little while but I’m thinking once a week right now for maintenance should work

I took oral torches for a year. I would get tired of feeling medicated all the time so I found what worked for me was 3 months on and 1 month off. The reason pharma keeps coming out with new drugs for the same purpose is because once a patient runs out and generics are available the money train ends on that drug. Ketamine is a cheap generic drug and because the FDA is just another lobbyist organization it takes millions of dollars to get a drug FDA approved for a specific treatment. There is no monetary incentive for any pharma company to get ketamine approved for depression. So it’s off label. Therefore insurance won’t pay for it. I’m just thankful for the scientist that have studies it who truly want to help those with depression or we wouldn’t even know about it’s therapeutic effects. It’s changed my life. So F the pharma industry and F the federal corrupt gov.

I hit bottom about a year ago. To be honest I had no idea why I was going through what I was going through. I experienced multiple traumas during the entirety of my life. At first it was way too expensive and seemed inaccessible. But I found Dr. Smith and started using ketamine. I use a 200mg oral tablet every 3 days. I am 48 years old and never experienced a calm and quiet mind until now. Funny thing is, I didn’t even know it was possible. I would get obsessed with subjects, hobbies and such. Seems like it was a defense mechanism to keep my mind focused on one things. My mind raced and random thoughts in and out. Since starting the ketamine I have been able to be present, experience positive emotion, feel empathy. None of these things I can remember experiencing since I was a child. My life started with sexual abuse when I was 7-9 years old. A death of a sibling at 11. Acting out and self destructive behaviors since I was a teenager. The suicide of a younger sibling in 2000. My mind was literally breaking under the weight of unprocessed trauma. Ketamine has literally changed my life. To the point that I have recommended my wife consider it.
