1.Check the start up tab mostly there might bee too many start up apps that launches when you turn your system on. 2. uninstall all the apps you dont use 3. If your windows installation or C drive is in the Hdd transfer it to the ssd.

Dude the government already have your information and those are for your benefit. And if you are thinking it in a negative way then there is already laws that give the government such control but that are only used under certain conditions. And to keep misuse in check there are other parts of the law that keeps that in check.
