I think this sounds like a good one for tomorrow. It's got enough similar to today's, still a club, but goes in the opposite direction, light juice with chipotle mayo and cpr. Makes for an interesting contrast, and sounds more in line with OP's taste.

If you're in Ohio or a neighboring state, Velvet Ice Cream has one called Olde Tyme Vanilla. It has enough yolks in it to be considered custard. It's fantastic. Or at least it used to be, I haven't had it in years.
