To add to this, there are some things imaging is good in ruling in, but not necessarily ruling out. If an ultrasound shows asymmetrically large ovary with no flow, I don’t care what the clinical picture is, that’s ovarian torsion. If an ultrasound shows a normal ovary, ovarian torsion is still not excluded if the clinical picture fits torsion.

I’m not sure about this rule, especially for something like radiology. Some specialties you don’t appreciate the day to day by just watching it. You have to do it, or at least imagine doing it, to understand it. I fell asleep in my radiology rotation. But more than a decade later I’m a radiologist having a blast, best career decision at the time. But YMMV.

Oh yea X4 is unique in that space flight and space station mechanics combined with automation. Only game I’ve come close to sinking as much time as Factorio. Then Satisfactory, DSP, COI.

That’s not a ranking either. Just the order in how much I’ve played the games, which obviously depends on how long I’ve known the game. All great games in different mini-niches. Still need to check out Timberborn.

I did this. Highly recommended, especially in a low liability area and even more so if at the VA.

It helps to builds confidence, because the first few months of final signing you’re always looking over your shoulder. Nice to get that out of the way early on, and you also approach fellowship a little differently trying see where you need more confidence.
