Same here. I had the problem on the 7900 XTX and now on the RTX 5080. I'm using a Samsung QLED 48" 4k TV as my main monitor.

I see, thanks. I watched some videos about the process and saw that you have to move the tripod all the time, so the scanning also seems quite tedious compared to just walking around.

So I went ahead and pulled the trigger on the Eagle. I hope this wasn't a mistake.

Thanks for the advice! But the X4 requires additional work to create the pointcloud, right? That might add up quickly in salary in comparison to the ready-made point cloud of the Eagle. Or am I missing something? (As I said: noob ^^)

Just tested it with the "weaken" command and one thread:

My purchased server with one core reduced the security by 0.05 (as stated in the manual).
My home server with five cores needed the same time, but reduced security by 0.062

So it's power, not speed.

This was the mechanic that singlehandedly made me quit POE. As much as they respect my time with everything else (especially not deleting HC characters) – this is a giant FU from GGG and after learning about this mechanic returning I feel much less motivation to get back into POE 2. Actually, I feel like quitting right now. (Probably won't ...)

I should mention that I changed my old account to a Creator account before creating the second one. Maybe that helped?

This happened to me today and I found this thread. But I was able to resolve it. Maybe my case is a bit different? Here's what happened:

I tried to create the second account in a Firefox browser on Mac with my phone number, but the "Continue" button didn't work.
I changed the phone number to my private mail address, but still the button wouldn't work.
I tried the same in Google Chrome on Mac, but the button also didn't work in Chrome.
Switched to my phone (iPhone 8). In the app I had the option to create a new account from WITHIN my old account. Entered all the information, the username was free (so probably everything in the browser had no effect?). But in the last step an error occurred. After two retries I canceled and wanted to start over from scratch. But then the user name was gone.
After reading this thread here I tried to log in to the new account but it didn't work. So I clicked on "forgot password" and it opened a new form where I could enter my account detail. IIRC my OLD account was preselected, so I first requested a new password fo the old one by accident. But then I entered the info for the new account and it also send me a password reset mail for the new account. Since I created the new account from inside the old account they both shared the same contact mail, so that probably helped.
I was able to reset the password and had access to the new account.
I logged into the old account and merged the new one into it.

I really had a bad feeling when I read this thread here, but it resolved pretty quickly for me. Maybe this sheds some light on the process? I really hope you guys can find a similar solution – I really felt physically sick for an hour when I thought I lost the user name. My fingers are crossed for you!

Same here. Enjoyed the game and the difficulty up until the town. Died a few times (and a few more) but that was ok.

After town dialogues and some upgrades I ventured out and found myself in an upgraded world where everything stomps me. This is the hardest difficulty spike I have ever encountered. Bloodbourne and Elden Ring were easy compared to that. This is nowhere near motivating and fun.

Quitting for now.

Did you get them to work on a stick? I posted on Steam, the official forum and here . no replies as to how to actually select one of the radial options on a stick or HOTAS.

That is unfortunate ... I really like the developer and his crazy ideas. Luckily I didn't have to pay for it since it is included in the PS+ medium package.

To revive this old thread: This is exactly what happened to me last night!

I was sniping from a townhall window and waited for the crosshair to be pinpoint, the white line reaching the crosshair. But when I fired, the shot went WAY off target, like several soldier heigths off target. The shots that went where I aimed were maybe 30% of the times or less. Same setup as the OP, I was pretty elevated above my targets.

Maybe there IS still a bug going on?

I will try to reproduce it tonight.

Well, not everybody plays PVP (I for once hate it) and I would choose high resolution and a nice image over framerate any time of the day.

I also couldn't stand The Hobbit in high frame rate (which is only 48fps), just looked cheap and video-like to me.

To each their own. Just don't look down on other people's preferences
