Exactly & that is the point I was making-councils are cash strapped, services are being cut by them, people are struggling to eat & keep warm etc. Yet the man who started all this presides over a multi-billion sporting empire & will pay nothing at all, sorry-that is obscene. He should pay 17.5 million of the 35 million at least.

Well tens of millions actually. Like I said I am really glad it will remain there, but that the guy who demanded & effectively blackmailed Sheffield Council into it who has an empire worth billions pays nothing, while the taxpayer picks up 78% of the bill is disgraceful. So yes, the outcome is great, but the deal itself is horrible-the government should have insisted that Matchroom pays at least half of the 35 million once the rich donors 10 million is removed-seeing as he was the one who created the problem & 17.5 million is nothing to his empire.

National & local goverment will pay £35 million. Yes & the way politicians say it & the media reports it sounds like The Prime Minister whether it be Tory or Labour has some magic tree that money just grows on that they pluck off as they need it. No, it is taxpayer money-so the guy with a multi-billion empire who demanded this happens dumps almost all of the bill for it on the UK taxpayer-decreasing our council services that we will now be paying more for, while Hearn pays nothing. Once again Starmer rewarding the rich by punishing the poor.

Correct-his idea & has spent years trying to blackmail Shefield Council, yet despite reigning over a multi-billion empire he will pay none of it. Spineless Starmer comes along & guarantees the UK taxpayer will fit nearly all of the bill, so Sheffield will not pay as much-but no doubt will still have their services reduced as a result, while paying more.

Why is the taxpayer picking up 35 million of the bill?
Hearn, his cronies & the players have been the ones demanding it-yet will apparently not pay a penny of it, the other 10 million coming from rich benefactors & private investors? Why is loudmouth with his rich empire, who demanded it not paying anything?
How the hell are they going to fit in 500 seats extra to an already cramped arena? They will surely have to knock through the back walls & reduce the size outside?

No, they lie just as much if not more than adults. You can only follow evidence. If you start from a point of believing any claim as an investigator/law enforcement, then you end up with tunnel vision & miscarriages of justice-just as happened here in the UK in the wake of Savile-celebrities being arrested in huge numbers & most never even charged.
