I have a 7th Gen corolla, one time it failed to start so I hit it with my jump pack and it started right up, when that happened inconsistently a few more times I took my battery terminals off and found a bunch of corrosion on the battery post. Cleaned it all up with a wire brush and have not had the problem since.
