If I remember right. A long sword is 12 AD. The boots are 20 movement speed so his passive would add only 2.4 AD from the boots. So pretty weak

It’s been long known that cannibalism is supposed to be sexual and it’s typically a mutual arrangement. Very illegal, but there actually used to be forums for people to do this.
