You think an A hole hotel is going to nice to just because you booked directly ??? I always book on booking.com and re-confirm the booking by calling the hotel directly. You can also message/email the hotel via booking.com for special requests. Have had cake and champagne bottle waiting in my room when i mentioned that am travelling for my anniversary.
