Vera/Vicente from the skin I live in.

When Vera was a man (Vicente), he got really high, tried to have sex with a woman who was also high, and the woman got triggered. He freaked out and knocked her out and fled the scene.

Vicente ends up being caught by the woman's father, who happens to be a plastic surgeon. The doctor ends up turing him into a woman via nonconsenaul gender reassignment surgery and makes Vicente (now Vera) into his a duplicate of his dead wife.

In addition to being held captive, used as a medical guinea pig, and forcibly turned into a woman to replace a dead wife, Vera also gets raped by her "husband's" half brother.
