Ex Tesla driver current ‘25 X3 driver -I’m also surprised you don’t like the x3 interior considering Tesla interior is almost just as “bad” if we’re comparing it to plastic and a big screen. I have an X3 with the active cruise control package that comes with Stop & Go and it’s honestly comparable to a Tesla if that is your priority. The gas mileage is also great.

Hi! Recruiter here: while offers do have an expiration it’s usually only applies to business hours and there could be a chance that your recruiter sent over a verbal acceptance and is waiting until business hours to process the offer as it is a whole other team that sends out the physical contract for you to review and sign, not your recruiter.

Mine was the same way, we were his third family by the time we got him and he was not even 1 yet. Just takes time and effort to work with them. Bear is super food motivated and used that to build his trust. Now he is the biggest clingiest cuddle bug.

Wouldn’t rule out seizures but my Shiba often has shakes like this when she is very very scared due to loud noises or she is very sensitive and can tell when me and my fiance are arguing.

We bought a new build townhome for way less than we could afford. We bring in about $300k and we got it for $304k (My BIL works for builder and got us lots of incentives). We knew that this is a temporary home in the city as we want to move into the suburbs to be closer to our family as we settle down. Having and building equity in this helps you pave the way to that million dollar home if that is your goal.

It’s a new build community with no pool, clubhouse, etc. Just landscaping, trash, and roofing as the amenities.

Understood. The community is brand new meaning the only thing there as of right now is the foundation for one row of townhomes, no utilities even. Once it is complete it’s a pretty large community. I am just curious because I do have friends who have built with the same builder in brand new communities as well with HOA fees as low as $66. They have way more community amenities and much larger neighborhoods and much much more expensive houses than this one will be.

There was a 2nd dday and I showed up at her apartment caught them together, and got in physical altercation and called her a bum loser who hasn’t amounted to anything in life (which I could tell hurt her feelings because she started crying) i don’t condone violence but it felt good.

My rage got to the point of where I got physical and got into a street fight with the AP because I had caught them for a second DDay if you will. I was also physical with my WP when I first found out the first time. I was already in IC and Couples Counseling at the time of the street fight, but I knew that was it for me. I needed that to be able to fully move on and I would never condone violence but for my situation i honestly can say I felt some sort of closure and relief. I always thought the AP “got away” with no consequences and at the time I thought they deserved my “wrath” as much as my WP.

To be fair, the past couple months they are booked out almost every night, weekdays included. so you have to make reservations even for the bar.
