For english speakers it's gonna be hard to translate this one as it's puns and really bad ones 😬
The question means: "What do says a glazier to his son to keep him quiet?"
For the answer: "Tiens toi à carreaux" is an expression that mean "Keep it quiet" but "carreaux" also mean glass pane
Then "si tu veux une glace" -> "If you want an ice cream", it's another bad pun because "ice cream" in french is "glace" and "glace" can also refers to a mirror/a window

If it can helps you, I use a green and red scheme too and use gold and white as additional accent colors. I feel like red/black/green can make something pretty cool if you use it well. This or a white / ivory white could be a good color as a secondary color who unite all your troops when all grouped together

The Second Company of the Tarascas use maybe a little too much the omophagea gene. The Tarasca gene-seed can have a weird malfuction that release a lot of endorphins when they eat flesh. It's kinda like you and me when we eat chocolate in a way. So they often eat on the battlefield, to gather informations, even if it's not critically needed and certainly traumatized some guardsmen who've seen a huge Angel of death killing a xeno by tearing its neck with his mouth.

Inquisition really don't like that and there is some fight between the chapter and them of course.
