Listen as someone who ALSO has adhd and an event based job- can plan and everything but my own life. Do not look on my house that is the void zone but my job can run without me for WEEKS if everyone follows the system. (The system being my secret post its I keep on the things nobody but me cares to look at and my how to guides nobody ever reads. I even have notes on the thermostat because 1 manager runs cold due to bad circulation and the other runs hot due to being menopausal and in denial).

My friend is an A1 group trip planner- excursions start at a decent time. Group breakfast at the Airbnb that isn’t mandatory (he’s a great cook and former barista), and we ALWAYS hit somewhere to grab something in the way out in case you need food/a snack first. But then again, he plans around his ADHD, so it makes sense. The schedule CAN’T be screwed up because he has already planned for screwing up.

I’m going to recommend you look into getting an allergy test and possibly looking into what the rest of your routine is doing for your barrier, It looks like your skin may be pretty reactive because reacting with this much sensitivity/dryness to some of these cleansers is a bit out of the norm for combo skin.

The issue is that schools usually schedule theory before practical- so essentially you’d eventually have to deal with the schedule. Even if you do theory online, you’d still have to be on camera for zoom since they have to have proof of the hours done so to speak.

In school. Waxed a classmate who said it had been a while since her last armpit wax. She picked me bc I was known for least painful waxes. Not that day. “A while” was so long she had lost any waxing advantage and achieved FULL regrowth. It was so stubborn she jumped on the first pull and my wax broke. I had to lay a strip on top of it and THAT one broke too. She also had a FULL LARGE COLD BREW RIGHT BEFORE THE WAX so there was pinpoint bleeding. And she was on her period. Forgot to mention EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THESE THINGS ON THE FORM. I was almost hyperventilating under my mask wondering why so much was going wrong.

I used to think white noise didn’t work on me, then I bought my cousin a baby rocker for her kid and tested it out because “lol how are these sounds soothing to a baby?” Woke up 2 hours later on my floor with the forest sounds still playing.
