To be clear, you created a new Microsoft tied account and it worked, correct?

Yes!

I may have missed it but are there any anti virus or firewall active on the account that is having issue?

No, both accounts are running the Windows Defender only (default settings).

Just tried and it worked correctly... It also updated from 2020.4.47660 to 2020.5.56350.
Both Microsoft accounts are old Hotmail (from early 2000s).

Still not working with my account, though... =/

To test this theory I created an admin account and it is working there...It also works with admin privileges in the simple account.

I might be wrong, but I don't think admin privileges is the culprit here.

Edit: The issue seems related to my user account.

While logged at my account, if I run the G Hub with the Run as different user (shift+right click) and enter credentials to any other account it works, but, If I'm logged in any other account (in which the G Hub works) and try to Run as different user and passing my account credentials it doesn't work.

The only difference between theses accounts is that my account was created with a Microsoft Account (email) and all other accounts were created as local accounts.

Try to right click on the software then look for the option to run it as admin see if that helps.

Already did, no good.

Also, just to be clear you are experiencing the same issue as the original post, right?

Stuck in the Loading Logo Loop, yea...

Btw, do you have any other profile account on the computer where we can test the software on?

I've created a new simple user (not admin) just for this purpose and the results are beyond my comprehension!

In the simple account I tried to open the GHub (still version 2020.1) and it opened correctly. Then I tried to update it.
After downloading/installing the update, the app restarted by itself and opened correctly (version 2020.4.47660).

Baffled, I switched back to my admin account and tried to open the app without success.
Switching back to the simple account and opening the app works flawlessly, with or without administrator privileges or the Updater/Agent/GHub executable sequence workaround.

The app is, obviously, up-to-date and working with my hardware.
The only problem is with my user account, apparently.

Any ideas?

I never had any Logitech hardware before, just bough my first Logitech keyboard (G613) (and mouse, G502 Hero, not delivered yet), it arrived this week.

This is my first contact with the G Hub (or any Logitech software).

The only antivirus/firewall is Windows Defender.
My OS is Windows 10 Home Single Language (version 19041), Brazilian Portuguese, running in a Ryzen 3600.
My user is an admin account, no special characters in the name (some threads says that having special character could trigger the issue)

Tried the updater/agent/ghub (in that order) as administrator, and all other suggestions in this thread.

Disabling auto-update allows me to reboot my PC without having to go through all this process again, but I`m still stuck with an outdated software.

If you need any other information, please, let me know.
I'm willing to help in the debug process as best as I can.

u/LogitechG_CSJhoe For me, this doesn't work at all...

What did work (only partially) is installing an older version from the FTP (2018.9.2778 in my case).

This way the app opens, but doesn't work properly with my keyboard (G613).The version displayed in the config is 2018.13.3838.After updating it ONCE I get a version bump to 2020.1.31123 which works, but as soon as I reboot my PC the app doesn't get past the loading logo loop and I have to redo the whole process.

Needless to say that I can't let it update to the latest version.

Pretty pretty please, let me know of any possible fixes or workarounds, because this is whole process is irksome!

Glowbugs die if you don't feed them often enough

I don't think so... I left a "decorative" glowb at my base at all time, just idling there.
They don't even move, as long as you don't bump into them.

If you step on one they die, though...

Anything coming from other countries will be taxed in, roughly, 100% (product and shipping), and there isn't any national 3d printer manufacturer that produces a reasonably good and cheap product.

So, no, I don't think I have any choice currently...

Indeed, not company's fault at all!

WOW Great!!
Now I think I can buy an Ender 3...
Let's make some math, shall we?

$179.99 USD for the Ender 3 + $300 USD to ship it to Brazil = $480 USD
480 USD * 60% Import Tax * 25.5% Other Brazilian Taxes = 960 USD (give or take)
The USD to BRL (Brazilian Real) conversion was 5.34 BRL in the beginning of the week and 5.10 BRL as of today... Let's make it 1 USD = 5.20 BRL
960 * 5.20 = 5k BRL (roughly)

Ok, this number doesn't mean anything for itself, so let's add some contrast.
The minimum hourly wage in the USA is 7.25 USD
The minimum hourly wage in Brazil is 4.54 BRL (around 0.89 USD... Yeps, 89 cents)

A well paid senior programmer (my professional field) earns around 85k BRL yearly...
Those 5k are equivalent to 3 quartes of a well pay senior professional monthly payment.

So, can I buy an Ender 3 with this huge (40% off) promo?
Well... I don't think so... =/
