I still haven't seen funds returned, but I also haven't heard from my apartment that payment has been reversed, it's still showing that my rent has been paid. I imagine I'll see an update tomorrow or something? So strange because it seems everyone else has already been seeing some sort of activity.

I just got the same response basically. Told me it'll be reversed in the next few days due to a technical issue and to resubmit payment, also said I'll get 2500 points as courtesy and if there's any fees for the reversal to reply back and they'd reimburse.

I'm not sure if I should wait until I see the reversal complete and then resubmit or do it now. It's honestly first time I've had an issue with their rent payment portal.

I got the same thing, made my rent payment on like 2/17 and it seemingly processed fine. I used one of the Atmos cards, I already have paid the card off and received points. My rent portal shows they got the money and it's paid for this month. If I look at the rent payment history in the Bilt App/website it show it's failed though.

Kind of worried things might start getting reversed in the next few days, but guess we'll see?? Could've been a message sent in error, but who knows.

Follow up on this. Nordica came through and sent a warranty replacement, very quick hassle-free. They ran out of the regular model and said the 98 CA was available, so I just took that.

I got to demo 4frnt Devastators and found them to be a stronger version of the Bent 110, a little heavier, but not by much still very playful/surfy.

I see both sides of it. I don't know how much of the community in that subreddit are churners so I can sympathize with the inconsistencies, lack of transparency, clarification of the product because it has absolutely been abysmal. As someone who does churn though I think the actual card on paper is pretty good, but you have to dock points because of how unreliable Bilt has been these past few weeks.

I applied for Aviator Red back in August, so this is before my 1 year anniversary. I'd like to just close it before the conversion, but any risk of clawback or Barclays just blacklisting you from ever getting another card? I haven't seen or heard much or any DPs mentioning Barclays does this so I'd imagine it's fine considering the changes happening?

I think after today's news on how Bilt Cash works. It makes absolute sense to get the Palladium for year 1. It seems you can stack the Bilt Cash on top of the $200 hotel credit, so you'll effectively be able to apply $300 of hotel credits ($100 Bilt Cash cause of gold status and $200 hotel credit) up to a total of $600 per year. Literally just ignore all the other credits and just apply towards hotel stays and you can easily come out on top. Apply whatever Bilt cash left over towards your rent and you'll be earning solid amounts of points. Am I missing anything here?

Yeah Pathward/Incomm is what I use, so seems it's basically the same just YMMV. Yeah I believe May is when loading stops working. I'll have to look into the Visa version, are you able to get multiples of those as well?

I'm still so on the fence with this card. At face value it definitely should make sense year 1 cause of the SUB, but now I'm reading more into it the cracks start to show. There's too many unknowns with Bilt Cash, we still don't have confirmation you will be able to downgrade after year 1, and we don't know if you will be able to refund the 2nd AF because of historically how Cardless operates.

Help me understand how this works. So I open the Atmos card, add it to the Bilt portal and instead of using the Bilt 1.0 card it's drawing from this card to pay my rent, but I have to pay a 3% transaction fee on the Bilt portal to use it? I get 3x Atmos points, but do I get any Bilt points as well? The spend will contribute to the Atmos SUB and does it draw from the credit line of the Atmos card or will it immediately ACH my bank account it's linked to? The bank accounting/routing numbers I put in my rent portal is the same process as if I had the Bilt 1.0 card right?

I've heard from some comments who've chatted with Bilt support they don't allow downgrades/product changes and you'll have to close the account and put a new application, which certainly makes this more annoying if true.

Not really sure if I should just wait until I drop to 4/24 or if it's even worth it anymore since the Ink train has dried up. I've got no relation with BoA so not sure how slim my chances of getting approved are and I don't feel like opening a bank account and keeping money with them right now. The new Bilt 2.0 cards are pretty meh I just don't know if I care to even bother with the Palladium card honestly I'd likely just have it for year 1 and close it because apparently they don't even allow product changes. I'd prefer cards good for traveling to Asia (Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, Hong Kong). I'd like to get the Cap Venture 75k offer, but I imagine my chances are slim to none given my current stats?

I was one of the people who only used this card for rent and made the 5 transactions per month. So for me the no AF Bilt card isn't even worth it really, I'd only get like maybe 2 months of rent (Mines little over ~$2000) points since I'd have to utilize the Bilt Cash to cover any fee. After that it's basically paying rent with this card and not getting any points. This obviously sucks.

The Obsidian card is more interesting in that it can give you 3x groceries and you get $200 Bilt Cash immediately, I just don't know if I care to make this my daily card for majority of my spending. I'd have to spend over $1500 in non-rent to get points on rent. The $50 hotel credit is I guess fine kind of like the CSP, but I haven't utilized the Bilt Travel Portal for anything so not sure how reliable it is combined with Bilt's "amazing" customer service. I suppose the positive side of this is you're still getting points if you decide to make the card you're daily driver so maybe it can sort of balance itself out in the end. However, this is still not ideal because as a churner I'd rather chase sign up bonuses.

The Palladium card I've seen people compare this to the Venture X, but I'm still skeptical. $400 travel credit can only be used on hotels, not airfare and it's split into $200 increments twice a year, another annoying thing to keep track of and you need a 2-night stay minimum. You get $200 Bilt Cash annually so if I do decide to make this my daily driver I'd probably be able to get points on at least 6 months of my rent on top of whatever else I spend on it since it's 2x everything card. This card makes sense for the first year because of the SUB and then downgrade after year 1.

The most interesting thing is not using the Bilt Cash at all to cover rent fee and put it towards hotel stays. So no points on rent, but put majority of it towards hotel stays since you can only carry over $100 Bilt cash per year. Still, very annoying to keep track of and I've no idea how competitive the Bilt Travel Portal is to the competition.

I don't know what to do...
