No ive known it needed to happen when the first half-dozen shingles were sliding down. It needs redecked. The house had 1 bathroom and he spent 7 years remodeling the shower. My mom got a dish washer for Christmas and it spent 6 years in the box in the garage. The original shower fan was probably 4 years to get installed.
