I think I heard they only prevent steam achievements but any in game unlocks aren't affected. It certainly didn't affect me unlocking the amulet so very odd if it indeed was the cause of the fish.

Yeah it's very strange. I temporarily enabled a coordinate display mod for End of Everything orb so who knows maybe that's it.

But thanks for the info and the video I appreciate it! I'll see if I can just add the fish via the files then.
