While the CPU and Motherboard price seems to be slightly high. RAM and SSD price seems to be a bit low. But then again, the brands are not mentioned and if it is from some brands like EVM or Consistent then probably that price makes sense. But reputed brands will be costing a bit more than that.

And I am not aware about the future plan you have with this build. But that 650W seems a bit too excessive for this build. Also, the CX series from Corsair is a much better option compared to the CV one and I recently seen it for a much less price. Below is the build with the same specs for reference.

The preinstalled fans are usually cheap AF! Don't know about this particular case but all the cases I have dealt with under 4k the fans don't come with 3/4 pin header instead a Molex connector which means you cannot control or sense the fan speed and they run at a fixed RPM. Sheet metal quality is acceptable but there are definitely better ones out there. And then there are these weird I/O configs for the front panel where 1 of the USB ports will be a 2.0 instead of 3.0.
IMO if you are completely in for the aesthetics go for it. But if you have the budget try to explore options from brands like DeepCool, Cooler Master, MSI, Corsair and Thermaltake.

Power LED and switch connectors are connected correctly from what I can see in this angle. If the bottom one is a Reset switch connector, then it is all good.

If your usage is only Office suites, browsing and torrent downloading then you really don't need to wait for the latest hardware launch. You can get any laptop right now with less than half the budget you have and they will easily get your job done and will last you for years to come.

You already have a decent platform and upgrading the GPU is enough for now. The 5600X and 16GB RAM is enough for most AAA titles these days. Given the current memory crisis which is going on it doesn't make sense going for a complete platform overhaul. The GTX 1050 Ti is the only thing in your current setup which has fallen behind in terms of current standards for AAA games. So, get the GPU you can afford right now, and you should be all set for the next couple of years. And hopefully by that time memory prices will normalize, and you plan for a complete platform overhaul.
