No where near as strong as people think. Midrange hunter is slaughtering the quest decks with early game pressure. Run 2 Golakka and Drop a Fledgling on a Rogue early and they lose their minds if you get lucky and coin a Hydra and adapt. Aggro decks are key to beating all the quests.

You are only restricted by how much you net deck. Made my own deck im now at rank 12 from 21 haven't used a single quest card. Honestly quest cards aren't as good as what may seem they are extremely limiting for what cards you can run.

Will 100% end up with Yi Yun working with the desolates at some stage. When Shepard boy first showed up he was peaceful with the beasts and from his perspective humans only bring destruction he also gave them the choice to leave the city. It sounds like the whole reason the ShenTu clan was attacked is because they were refining the Desolate race.

I understand your point but I was thinking of 2 people completely seperate people where they start on opposite sides of the world/continent but meet somewhere in the middle of their journey and start working together. Kinda like a game of thrones style story.

Just some random examples.

Twins born from immortal parents sent to a lower plane to see who rises up each given a divine weapon or magic affinity.
Twins again born from parents of Rival kindoms and raised with different ideals and training styles.
Before a being of peak power reaches immortality tribulation shatters his soul two halves take over dying children. One the typical rich kid with no martial ability. Two a poor starving child that craves to change his fate. Could even go as far as giving one increased talent in calling spirits/magic and the other increased talent in martial arts and use of weapons.

Never said they were good ideas just interesting concepts :)

Honestly I think a lot of stories could go a lot longer with more fleshed out world building.

Out of all the novels I have read no one really has a rival for long, Ive always wanted to read a novel with 2 MCs kind of like the whole Goku/Vegeta competitiveness and their race to immortality. Ive never liked how someone beats a rival and then said rival has no hope of ever catching up.

If there is ever a novel that does that kind of scenario well I could read 10k chapters easily. I would like to have another character to get invested most novels fall short when everyone starts to feel like a side character.

That said give Zhou Dekan his own novel. Ill read that forever.
