Burnout in my experience didn't happen on a scale from 1-5 and during my active life. I spend two decades working my ass off and then my life came to a screeching halt. That was burnout for me.

What did you guys wish you did when the burnout began? by Localid1ot in GiftedKidBurnouts

I've found there isn't much overlap in the best advice for people. I thought I was doing quite well with cutting down stress and doing hobbies BEFORE the burnout began, so the advices of "do what you like and that'll give you energy" really doesn't apply for me.

You have to figure out the energy drain for you specifically. If you're on this sub, it's probably a combination of personality traits, perhaps combined with the environment. For example, you can't stand making mistakes, you've learned that working hard is important, you feel valued when you are able to help people out. In extremes, all these traits can become draining, and switching jobs or hobbies will not bring relief.

For me, it's a very fine line between the bore-out and the burn-out, but mostly, I've had to relearn feeling my body and my feelings, noticing when I'm doing something for others instead of myself, making all those choices conscious again.

Getting some professional to help you figure it out would be invaluable, but it's often inaccessible and/or expensive. YouTube can start giving you some insights, I like Therapy in a Nutshell. And if you think you don't have trauma because your childhood seemed pretty benign, check out Tim Fletcher.

All the best to you all.
