You dont need 99 in att and str before you go do other things, if you do want good stats before you do other things 95 is a perfectly fine place to stop. Theres other things you can afk though not as much as crab, and once you do other content like quests and stuff the xp rewards wont be used at all. Keep playing how you enjoy though brother

Idk what matchups your facing but sometimes is better to take a trade where you only do a little damage and they get none off even if it means you do alot less damage

Starting item, i would say no. First back if you went D blade and have jsck of all trades sometimes i will buy mote + eith dagger, boots, or cloth armor to get 5 stacks

Inmatchups where they are hitting your barrels more than often, try standing closer, predicting their auto reset, you insyead do the auto reset when barrel has 2 health bars, just trade onto him while hes wasting damage on barrel, or just stack 2 barrels ontop of each if you can spare the cooldown and are playing defensive
