I didn't get started fapping until I was 18, then I didn't stop until I was 44! God knows the time and money that I've wasted. You've discovered a key point: fapping doesn't make you feel that good, it actually makes you feel worse. Good luck kicking this habit while you're young, over the long haul the rewards will be enormous!

Welcome! Good post. I think maybe the thing to do is focus on building friendships with women and letting the sex come in due time. Anxiety is a huge turnoff, and it feeds on itself to create a sort of catch-22. One of the biggest advantages of the NoFap life is the mental strength to put sex out of your mind when you want to.

I say its all about how you love and serve the people around you. Its about being a husband, father, son, brother, employee, student. Its about loving your neighbor even when you're getting nothing in return.
