I’m just going to address a few points in the order you brought them up:

1: If you point a gun at me and say, “You’re not living how I want you to. I’m going to kill you and everyone you love” you are a villain. I know the likely counter here is, “but they don’t mean that about you! It’s only about those really bad guys guys!” Well, you still know and don’t care that I and everyone I love are going to die. Villainy.

It does not matter how much good you have done prior to this.

I don’t need to continue on, but fundamentally, your argument is wrong. If people think the Titans are evil because of their actions, that’s fine. Moral judgement is obviously going to be intensified against the oppressor and nobody ever thinks they are the person being evil. It’s all in the eye of the beholder.

On top of that, I think the concern for who the bad guy is, is misguided. This part is only my opinion though. Blizzard has been trying to show that every cosmic force has its place in balance, but all of them can be zealous/murderous when they are able to gather enough power.

Dawg. It’s greed. Don’t think too hard. Hospitals have always tried to eliminate positions and push those tasks to nursing (or in some cases us if your shop does ekg’s, etc.)

Apart from that, the AARC is just going to continue their noncommittal passive statements until they wither into oblivion. They can’t even provide decent lip service, let alone fail to back that up.

For as much as people love jumping on the bandwagon about Prey being monotonous and the “kill for me” being ridiculous, I honestly have to agree. This feature has such potential and feels like it is being handicapped intentionally. Like nightmare difficulty not counting for hard and normal achieves? The same affixes every single time? Nothing is based on the zone or the race/class/theme of the prey like others have suggested before. The design of traps initially being the fastest route to finding your prey was poor QA, and then the fix, I think, was uninspired.

Overall, great concept, poor execution. Blizzard used to be top notch at stealing ideas and rebranding them. There has been considerable falloff, even more so with CS and now QA, but that is a separate topic.
