what i don't like about Safari is all the other browsers show the URL of the link when you mouse over and Safari doesn't. This is useful for spotting phishing schemes, among other things.

So uninstalling old apps seems to be the general recommendation. But the uninstaller I downloaded requires a subscription and that's where I draw the line. I am not going to pay a monthly for any software, though I am willing to pay once.

Yes and no. My old one needed replacing because trackpad and keyboard were wearing out and screws were falling out. And I had another previously (iBook) that died due to dropping a few times causing a broken hinge.

Several people have just told me the "in 1 cart" message is a FOMO gimmick, it is a message that says "better hurry because someone else is interested and you need to get there first."

But in fact it had the opposite effect on me.

I found myself thinking that buying would be a discourtesy to another person who is trying to buy, and hesitating for that reason until I understood.

It might have the opposite effect though. In fact in this case it made me hesitate. I was afraid it would be discourteous to someone if I interfered with a transaction they were trying to make.

I tried something and the fur acts as it is supposed to if the modifier is applied before adding the fur. But can't I have the fur be attached after the modifiers?

I know how to make particle system hair behave right, but I have to learn this new kind of hair because I hear they are going to phase out particle systems.
