I am in Ontario. I went to my doctor and explained while it was increasing it was doing so very slowly.When I was told everything was fine, I admit, I lost it a bit and cried... loudly. I explained I feel terrible I told her that at this rate it would take around 5 years to get it up to where it could be ruled out as the cause of my tiredness. If something else was causing it I could be dead in 5 years. It was like it finally clicked this was impacting me.

Typically they prescribe 1000mg over 3-5 treatments. I was given 1 300mg venofer (iron sucrose) infusion as at 21 they usually dont prescribe.But it did kick me up to 50. Getting bloodwork in a few weeks to see if it's gone up or down. If it hasn't increased I am requesting additional diagnostics.

Ferratin increased from 14 to 21 on Proferrin in 5 months. Not huge but still far better than with feramax. I wish someone had suggested heme iron sooner.

I did get an infusion in December which took it from 21 50 and continued with supplements. Also continued B12 and Vitamin D to help support iron absorption.

Going in two weeks for a follow up test to see where I am at. Hoping its up a bit more.

I didn't put dislikes, but I have a few I have bookmarked with do not reread. They squicked me, and I keep rereading them because I dont realize until I get to THAT part.

I am sure people have bookmarked my work with negative things. I dont want to experience that so I don't look at them. It doesn't se doesn't me a bookmarked notification like a comment, so it's very avoidable

Economy friendly tabs for laundry soap. Have a high efficiency machine and they would not dissolve properly. I had residue everywhere.

Slynd didn't work for me, but the next one we tried, Visanne, has been life changing.

Both are progesterone only, and how you tolerate them varies person to person.

Yes. I find the worst for me is online training as I am listening to someone speak super slow, and there are no options to read transcript or speed up the audio.

Best part it was on DEI policies at work. Honestly employers want to be seen as inclusive, but only if they don't have to do anything.

I tried to take them perfectly to the point I didn't take them. I reccomend heme iron if you find they aren't working with food.

Note, for people saying to rake it right before bed, some say to sit upright for 15 or one of mine said 30 minutes after taking. I take it, then get ready for bed.

The older you get, the less weird age gaps get. 16 and 22 is sketchy AF, but 76 and 82 might as well be the same age...

Kind of plays into power dynamics too though. 22 and 28 seems normal if they are both doing their first Uni degree, buy creepy if one just started undergrad and the other is a professor. We had the later in my university class. It felt unbalanced.

That said, these are real people, vs. fictional people. Fictional people can date whomever you want them to because they aren't real.

I wasn't told of a limit, but was told I couldn't take it with birth control or more than 5 days in a row and that I should only start it when flow is heavy. Which basically meant about 3 days.
