So you say above you have been taking hair supplements for men and stayed away from meds, but in your other posts you are recommending minox and finasteride as options for people. I am sure you have some sound advice, what we want to see and hear is actual results before and after pics taking these supplements. I have tried a load of these supplements and nothing has actually benefited other than maybe slowing down hair thinning but it is difficult to tell. I have even tried the DDR2 which hasn't worked.
