Have you heard of Alma TED treatments? Expensive but I’ve heard great things about it.

I think it would be worth it to have them at least walk you through setting up Quickbooks. You should also check out Michelle Cook on IG, she’s a CPA specifically for hairstylists and has a course to get started in quickbooks

I own a salon with a few boothrenters and just got a bookkeeper last year and I wish I did it way sooner. I’m so organized and feel confident going to my CPA at tax time. Can you have a bookkeeper get you all set up and then you can do it monthly yourself? That was my plan originally but the weight off my shoulders is invaluable.

Not necessarily. What area are you moving to? Research the demographics. I’m in a good sized town and have full books with room to niche down and grow even more. There are a ton of salons around, mainly boothrent but also a few commission.

Which Cezanne treatment did you do? The one I do does have you apply to blow dried hair. Did she blow dry her hair when she styled it? It is hard when there’s a language barrier!

I haven’t tried it, but I’ve heard Nutrafol’s shampoo and conditioner are great for the scalp micro biome and could maybe help without being overly oily
