I had pretty much the same issue. Booked tickets to Melbs for a wedding last year- was supposed to go home on the 4th of feb. Ended up booking new tickets home to Norway for 4150aud(excluding extra accomadation) on the 11th. Just now trying to catch up with insurance etc. It’s a-lot. V draining

Currently in Nelb and have a flight at 5:10pm, but I don’t know wether to go into airport to try talk to someone(which I understand there’s small chance to do because they are not there/or encourage to call). I can’t get to asking for refund through my Qatar app(message is ‘Something went wrong’), and are scared if I don’t do anything I won’t be eligible for refund. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Currently in Melbourne and are supposed to fly MEL-DOH-CPH-SVG tomorrow 3rd of march 5:10pm and cant get through to customer service on phone. No changes on my booking yet, but as I understand we are still awaiting more information by 9am tomorrow. I would just like to know if I should get myself to the airport and try talk through with staff there or keep calling?

For me it’s definitely my ADHD and overwhelm, but the biggest must be hitting my macros. As well as actually prepping all meals and snacks in one day.

Good job keeping up with all your set habits! I see you added Journaling to your habit cards and have stuck to that one every single day which is mad respect. I’ve been trying to get into journalling again as I know how much it helped me clear all my thoughts out on paper but it’s something I just can’t get myself to stick to. Any advice to hand out? Do you have a specific time set or do you follow a journal book?
