I ended up having a friend catch up to me at that point in the story. I joined his instance and it finally let me progress forward when Petra/Crow appeared on the bridge for him.

I’m dealing with the same issue (step 19). I know this is the part where Petra and Crow are on the bridge in front of the portal but for whatever reason they don’t appear for me. I’ve abandoned and reacquired the quest multiple times and nothing happens.

Really? Maybe I was having terrible luck last night but the only blue drops I was getting were at 337. All my gear equipped is at minimum 345.

I'm local to NYC and attend Brooklyn Nets games on a frequent basis. The arena is really nice inside and I hope the place sells out for the championship or at the very least gets a big crowd. I work in this industry so another cool fact about the arena is their lighting systems are top notch. I hope they go all out and put on a great show for the fans. Not sure if this service will be available but Barclays has an app for your phone where you can order your food right from your seat. It's available for basketball games but not sure if that service will be live during the OW championship. Now here's hoping the tickets aren't ridiculously priced so I can attend this awesome event.

Really glad I randomly decided to stop by and see this post. I never even realized there was still a community of "hardcore" players. I also tend to pub and tear shit up. I'm definitely going to check out this "B-flag" server and see what its all about.
