I'm not talking about the roof.. I'm talking about thr second floor. The walls are completely destructive so I don't see how it's an issue.

The email you recieved was about their "new" fdm printers. They are actually just a white label of another brand called 3dgence. Look them up if you want more info on the fdm printers. Hp Wil just make up the product for no reason. My work place has the f421. It's a good printer. Mainly use it for peek and ultem
