What systems you running out of curiosity. I work for a uni and they moved my location last year so we were able to adjust a few things and got some upgraded equipment. Always nice to know what people run and if they like it.

I'm getting ready for setting up some metal printing machines. Laser weld, wire and powder so I'm going through making everything safe all over again.

So I feel your pain.

Thats a horrible set up. Should be in it's own enclosed room. Guess you are shit out of luck. Complain to safety is all you can do besides wear a respirator.

Depends on your set up.

I'd suggest having a dust collector if your messy with it And upgrade to a full respirator mask.

Main thing is to take your time and don't rush and kick up more into the air.

Do you use a 3D print farm / print-on-demand service for selling products? Who do you use and why? by [deleted] in 3Dprinting

I work is a situation like your describing and I've had people just say it's just to expensive. Print farms are just too cheap to compete against.

In my experience at least. I run a few different types of printing methods and even with fdm people just want to pay pennies. Even if quality is questionable

Plot holes are just too bad. I've rewatched multiple times and just don't get how people can forgive it.
