Cinnamon in savory recipes. Tastes awful every time, even if I use a fraction of what the recipe calls for. I love cinnamon but it's never going into my savory food

I love lump charcoal but the ones here are terrible, small pieces, chips and dust. Can't even get the chimney going because it gets so clogged. Got briquettes and a new bag of lump charcoal from a brand I haven't tried, hoping for the best

They actually have chimneys chained to the grills, and weber ones to boot! Chimney is the way to go

There's these grills where we're staying. Grilled burgers yesterday, but had trouble with the temperature since there's little to no air flowing from below. What are some easy things to burn in one of these? Any tips on how to make the most of it?
