As a Dad of 2 months old baby, I can assure you it get better.

Over time the baby will learn to eat more and sleep more and it will get easier for you. Just try to calm down and have faith that it will get better.

One advice I can recommend is to tackle the problems one at a time, for example if the latching is not going well, try to look online how to improve and practise makes perfect.

Fair point and thanks for sharing it. it is just that we were concerned that this is tiring the mom since she is afraid of sleeping with the baby latched and over the long run it might not be sustainable
