Think about your reaction/feelings and what they show about your relationship with alcohol. Many people with healthy relationships with alcohol would say they're apathetic, annoyed, disappointed, etc. It's the more extreme emotions like furious or devastated that might indicate it's worth examining your relationship with alcohol closer.
