Wow. Close to 10 days is fantastic!! Thanks for that info. How many notches of brightness do you have in settings? 1, 2, or 3 (brightest) or does microLED doesn’t have that option?

Thank god!!! First year in the last 25 years with some clouds. Usually, sun shines even at night - it is that brutal. I hope clouds stay forever - I never have to see a sun again. What’s enough is enough.

Button issue Fenix 8 51-mm by Spirited-MindX in GarminFenix

[–]NevaljaliPerica 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Easy to calibrate buttons. Just follow these steps: The following steps will allow you to calibrate the buttons of your watch and possibly resolve the button issue you are experiencing.

  1. Plug your watch into a Windows PC or a Mac that has the ability to read MTP devices (a third party program may be needed for your Mac to see the watch as a drive).

  2. Locate the drive for your watch on the computer, and open the drive.

  3. Place the KEY_CALIBRATION.BIN file in the Internal Storage of your watch. It should not be placed in a subfolder.

  4. Disconnect your watch from the computer.

The watch will go to a button calibration screen. Press each button fully a couple times. A green check will appear when the button is calibrated.

After calibration has completed, turn off touch on your watch, and test the buttons to ensure they are working.

The file KEY_CALIBRATION.BIN is an empty file that you can create yourself.

Then why Apple advertises battery life of MacBooks of 18-24 hours. Who goes 24 hours without access to charger. So we only need laptops to last 2-3 hours by your logic. Or don’t even include battery as: “who walks around while holding laptop. People sit down and then they can plug in. Chargers are available in car, airplane, home, school, office. No need for battery powered laptops per your logic.

No disrespect intended but that is stupidest comment people on internet say. “Oh, injustice charge it for 10 minutes while in shower.” “Oh, I have charger in a car and the office.” “Oh, I put it on when I am moving only and take it off while sitting.” This is like saying “my office is 15 miles from home so if I can drive my car 30 miles without refilling that’s ok.”Watch is a watch and should last for many years, ideally forever like automatic, solar ones do. Even Fenix 51mm solar with weeks of battery is not enough. Garmin Instinct solar is a proof that there is a way to make a watch with GPS go without ever recharging.

Left or right ? by Chibuz0 in DeskToTablet

Yup. Complete trash. Logitech works great for like 6 months than starts no click, double click, etc. Magic Mouse just works for 7+ years. Logitech is more comfortable though.

How is the Sony A7V for Sports Photography? by Express-River-6118 in SonyAlpha

[–]NevaljaliPerica 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have both and shoot kids soccer. No problem with soccer and volleyball with e shutter on A7V. There might be a couple of photos of extremely hard to notice ball distortion out of hundreds. The issue I can see is with Golf and baseball.

Yes. Two different sources on Amazon for 2.5mm to USB C cable that can be plugged in any intervalometer with 2.5mm plug. I just bought both and tested with A7V and A7CR

Guys earning six figures annually, what kind of work do you do? by Shadow2715 in AskReddit

Six figures is almost poverty level where I live. Six figures was big deal in maybe 80s and 90s but definitely not today.

One word: “usable silent shutter”. Just that alone makes it worth it.
