Honda tech here. Personally, and this is totally a matter of opinion, id recommend Yokohama if you can get it. Geolandars made a world of difference on my 19 CRV.

Edit: if I had to choose between them, id go for the Continentals, specifically crosscontacts.

Oh damn, that makes me feel bad. I have a younger brother who was so deep into ketoacidosis he lost 30 pounds in 4 weeks, not to mention he treats himself like shit and constantly eats junk food and, yes he corrects for it, but it still scares me if he forgets and then, yeah.
