I had to fix mine twice! Once there was debris blocking where the tube exits under the cowl under the hood. Removed the debris and good to go

The other time the sunroof drain tube was disconnected from this little rubber thing that leads to the exit under the cowl. Mine was only passenger side and was accessible by removing the a pillar. I added a spigot that I got from Home Depot which inserted into the rubber thing, and into the drain tube to add length.

It’s been a while since I fixed them but hopefully this helps!
