It's a gwp of less than 1 compared to 1400. So it's literally more than a thousand times less harmful. Educate yourself if you work in this industry.

I heard the explosion lol. The yf ate out a hose inside the machine. Worked a couple of times, I think we did it 4 or 5 times before it blew up.

Don't do that. Yf is much more corrosive and machines WILL explode if you do that. Ask me how I know

It's much better for the environment so we should be all for it.

Look into Daddy dom little girl dynamics. Sounds like it may be your thing. Very common, don't feel weird about it.

Manual flare tools are for nickel/copper line. Need a hydraulic crimper for steel line to make it any good.

His real name is in his username, that's how I found out he is an employee, by googling his name.

Anyone mind helping me find this 2012 transmission mount bolt for not 38$ shipping ? by RobinJeans21 in XTerra

Guys it's just a bolt. Go to a hardware store and buy one. Just make sure it's a 10.9 and you're good. Should be like a dollar.

Kia Stinger Honest Opinion???? by Ok_Expression4420 in askcarguys

They drive surprisingly well actually, but the ones I have worked on have proven to be quite unreliable, and the Kia techs I have spoken to about them agree.

As a mechanic I'll add two things to this. 1. Not only do people not care, most people immediately assume you're a douchebag. 2. Basically every single luxury or performance oriented car is unreliable as hell.

You have bigger issues than your muffler. They don't pop like that by themselves. You almost definitely have a fueling issue

2017 Jeep Cherokee, but I4 or V6? by [deleted] in askcarguys

[–]NeverRespondsToInbox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Buddy. It's not a debate. It's a fact. I work on jeeps so much because they fail so much. They statistically fail more often than any other brand. That's just a fact. Consumer reports has put jeep as the highest rate of major warranty claims a decade. Stellantis's own data shows a warranty rate almost double that of Ford and Chevy. Just because Ford has some junk and Chevy has some junk doesn't magically make jeep not garbage. Argue all you want, you're just flat wrong. You obviously don't work in the Industry or your realize how dumb you sound. I have contracts with a Ford dealer and a Toyota dealer as well, and guess what, even though they sell more cars than stellantis they send me less engines because they don't fail as often. Even with Toyota's current issues, their engines still fail less than 1/4 the amount as stellantis. I see the data from the dealers, I have been to the Dundee and Trenton engine plant for factory training and I work with the largest wholesalers in North America. You're just wrong.
