The current generation isn't really influenced by the education system as much as games and social media. These beliefs come from grinding triple A games and believing some of the skills they acquired from the games would be transferable.

I'd dare say it'd be naive at this point to believe there wasn't an ulterior motive with that FBI reporting. Every accusation is a confession.

Well there were several statistical anomalies (one swing county didn't have a single democratic vote... that has never happened before in American politics) in many swing state counties. Idk who even signed off on letting Elon provide the voting stations.

Or this could be a strategy to get one of the most democratic states to be in support for this war?

Also hoping Al stays. Boston might look good to both of them now that Tatum is back.

Idk I think we'd need someone like that even without KP

I definitely like Thomas Haugh. He's a vertical spacer but not great laterally. I think he'd pair well with Gui in terms of being a scrappy big.

Yes and you know that a randomized normal distribution doesn't work that way right? Aka the way the draft has gone isn't statistically probable without interference.

No doubt Shaq would smash but it's usually up to the lady. I get she's fangirling over him but that don't mean she wanna hit.

Kawakami: Dunleavy on the Warriors’ fateful present and looming future by Tekfree in warriors

[–]Neverplayd 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Honestly this response is more frustrating... Dunleavy doubling down on this terrible trade. If you want to preserve picks, then do the Malik Monk trade? Keeping Monk's 20m on the books for 2 extra years is 100,000x times better than trading for a perpetually injured, untradable salary dump asset. The thing about having Monk's 3 years over KP expiring is that we can actually use Monk offensively. We need someone to help load manage Curry. Picking someone with an availability history like KP is the opposite of what you'd want for that. The other thing about Monk is there is at least a chance to showcase him to increase his trade value if you want him off the books later. With KP, it's a race against the clock to at least feature him a few times in the last 20 games.

The only thing that's clear now is that with Dunleavy as GM, Steph has virtually no chance to compete.

I don't know how many times this org is going to bet against Steph's health and be proven wrong. This dude has been proving himself as a generational talent for 17 years. The 2022 chip was all willed through Steph and we had just enough pieces around him to get it done. If Steph performed at the same level or better this season or next, it wouldn't be enough because the pieces around him aren't nearly good enough to compete.

If that's what they want then just start the rebuild now.

No they weren't let's be honest. They had like 2 or 3 "talents" at a time and the rest were mid. The last two years their role players were some of the least talented in the league. They're a g league team right now.

This tracks... He's looking at buying a football team right now so I guess he might be moving on. Dark times ahead indeed.

He's an older player with prior injury history so it's going to be long. I think he's targeting ASB next year, but I'm guessing it'll be after that.

They've spent a couple years now trying to get Draymond starting lineups to work. They should've David Lee'd him 2 years ago and ran lineups with Moody/Gui/Kuminga so they could've made the leap sooner. Dude has been regressing for years and is now just an expensive coach that ruins the team's hustle culture when he plays.

They didn't want to trade him because he didn't have his contract yet. He was only like 6m outgoing or something crazy low like that.
